RJ Electrical were thrilled to be the electrical contractors on a regeneration project at Albert Marson Court, Scunthorpe.

The working history of GS Kelsey Ltd spans over 100 years, with its founder Arthur Kelsey running a successful contracting company in Crowle, North Lincs, From then on the family run business has expanded in strength and size, providing local authorities with a reliable, professional contractor.

We were delighted to be the electrical contractors for GS Kelsey for their regeneration project on the Albert Marson Court Flats in Scunthorpe. This was a £3.5 million project for the client, who built 27 brand new 3 and 4 bedroom homes replacing the old block of flats that once stood.

To make sure the houses are economic, the specification included fitting filterless humidity stat fans in the bathrooms, ensuites and kitchens, and installing LED light fittings throughout. Scroll through the pictures below to see more of the new development.
