GS Kelsey - Rowland Road Housing Development

RJ Electrical were more than happy to return as the electrical contractors on another new build project for prestigious developers GS Kelsey Ltd.

Another successful partnership between RJ Electrical and GS Kelsey. After previously being the electrical contractor on the Albert Marson Court flats, we were back doing what do best at the new Rowland Road development. Formerly a bowling green and recreation area , the land had fallen on hard times and was no longer providing any use to the community. As part of a drive for North Lincolnshire Council and the social housing provider to create more homes, the site had planning approved for 32 plots!

This project was the full electrical installation of each plot from start to finish, and everything in between!
